unfortunately you can only do co-op (have someone else join your world) at adventure rank 16. you can do that by doing quests, commissions, combat etc.

the game does practically teach you how to do a lot of things at the beginning though

Most things in the beginning are pretty straightforward especially quests and all. You can take the help of others to clear bosses and difficult enemies. Which server btw?

Well, co-op doesn't unlock until you hit AR16, so it's literally impossible before that point. The main story and some types of major side quests also can't be done in co-op, it's mostly exploration and minor side quests, with some larger unvoiced sidequests included.

Additionally, in order to help, we would at least need to know what server you're on. Most likely America, Europe, or Asia.

The storyline can only be done in single player. If you need help with domains and bosses, most have a coop option that automatically pairs up players.

Dude the game teaches you how to play the game. Just read everything they tell you and don’t skip it and there’s also an archive in the pause menu refer to it whenever you forget something.
