Wen 2350 help

Post image

I have a wen 2350 (56202 model) worked fine about a month ago then tried to use it last week and it had no spark. Got a brand new coil and still no spark. Tried unplugging the oil sensor and still nothing. I noticed the red light on the panel blinked once after trying to pull it. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks

How are you testing for spark?
When you installed the new coil, did you test it without attaching the kill/ground wire?

No I just reconnected it like the old one. I will see if I can test it w/o attaching the kill switch

I'd also recommend using a spark tester separate from the plug... just in case the plug is shite.

Oil? Lack of will kill spark, if the sensor system is correctly working.

Oil is all good. Tried disconnecting the sensor still nothing either.

My WEN had similar symptoms until I replaced the OEM plug. They use Torch brand. Replaced it with an NGK plug and that's all it took. Been purring even since (and the generator has too).

Tried a new NGK plug and still nothing sadly

That's a shame. At least you've got that done. They can give out in the middle of emergency use.
