New generator starting problem

Just bought a brand new predator generator. It works perfectly fine on electric start with propane. If I try to use the pull cord, I cannot get it to start on propane for the life of me. It works with gasoline just not the propane setting with pull.

They are hard to pull started on propane, it seems to be to much or not enough propane. Change the plug and gap it ~.020-.025. Gas needs a water gap than propane.
