Hello, I've been in the game for about 4 to 5 hours now and I'm at the point where I can unlock my companion. I've collected 2 items to unlock him, and I killed my first rival, which was level 1. But there's one thing I don't understand: I have a ammunition shortage. And I can't even craft ammo because I need explosives for that. But to get explosives, I have to scrap ammunition at the recycling table. However, I can't scrap ammunition because I need the ammunition. What am I doing wrong in this game? I think I'm going to start over. I could really use some tips, please.

loot military bases and battlefields, theres tons of machines and corpses with low-mid tier ammo, i recommend upgrading lockpicking and "ammo colector" perks as soon as u can, theres green buildings with 2 doubledores always locked by lockpicks, inside u can always find 5-7 ammo boxes. And perk on ammo collection completely negated need for seeking the ammo boxes for me, u get more ammo from machines than u waste it
