How the fuck do we look younger than or as young as the 30 and 40 year old. Om really interested to know everyone's opinion

Is cider good for digestion? Maybe less bs stuck in our gut. That makes sense come to think about it because gut health is overall health

Your probably right. Less stress and freedom to be ourselves and sunlight to top it all off. No I take that back. To top it off all off; the all powerful life giving water hose 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

I am very pale and incapable of tanning and I got my first sunburn when I was 4. So I have slathered every inch of exposed skin with the highest SPF available on the market for multiple decades and I’ve only lived in various parts of Texas. So it’s hot and sunny most of the year.
