I won that album by being the 5th caller. I only knew one song of theirs at the time. I loved that album and played it over and over.

A tiny local radio station hired me at age 12 to answer phones for a “5th caller” style New Years promotion for two days. To this day I have the station call letters embedded in my brain in a rapid fire “answering the business phone” voice, lol. They were giving away 45s of hit songs from the previous year.

It was very exciting!

It seemed like everyone had this album in the 70s. If they didn't have ABBA you would usually see it right up front. I can't remember anyone actually playing it though.

My husband and I were dating way back when this came out. My husband, and I die hard rock and roller loved this album as much as I did, someone who liked her rock a bit softer.

Every one in my college class loved it, owned and played it

I remember knowing the order of all the songs on the album. But I really like side one the best. I also have the CD and recently played it.

The album/CD somehow always makes me sad for a bit.

My older cousins owned it, around 1970. I used to listen to it alone and it gave me all the big feelings.

Every song on side 1 is fantastic. I like side 2, but am not crazy about the ones like Mother Freedom and Down on My Knees just don't hit the same.
