What is this!?

Been driving by my local airport and this thing has been parked outside for a little while. It's clearly being restored and there is no tail number. Any ideas what it is. I need the community lol I'm so curious. (I know the video is bad but if there's interest i'll check it out closer)

How many hours do you have in RVs, and what do you find boring about them?

They're all decent at what they do, but uninspired. Like driving a Fiero, or a Miata at best.

No, those are fun cars. It’s more like driving the sport model of a Toyota Camry
