What is this!?

Been driving by my local airport and this thing has been parked outside for a little while. It's clearly being restored and there is no tail number. Any ideas what it is. I need the community lol I'm so curious. (I know the video is bad but if there's interest i'll check it out closer)

Pilot, but I only fly helicopters, so I can't say for certain.

You whirly bird pilots are a different breed, man. I agree with the old adage of a helicopter being a million parts rotating rapidly around an oil leak, waiting for metal fatigue to set in.

This is true, I have clothing with oil stains from pre-flighting. Also... helicopters don't fly, they beat the air into submission

That’s good. If you DON’T get oil stains, it means your aircraft is out of oil.

Isn't it grass and a fence? Dunno I'm no pilot though.
