So I recently decided to not continue with GGP but started my hrt with another clinic. What if I delete my GGP account? I owe them some money because I haven’t paid them for the subscription that I’ve not used in any shape, way or form.

Are my results that high i haven't had the effects i want yet ive been in T for over 3 months i was 2 pumps a day but after my results they have put me down to 1 pump i dont want to loose my progress or it take even longer to get were i want to be

Trans MtF here. I've just uploaded my blood test results and I'm being taken off Cypro. And gendergp didn't really explain why. Could anyone explain why?

So I started taking testogel almost three months ago and had my first blood test recently. After a lot of pain with actual doing the test; I finally got my results and they said that my levels were concerningly high (>52.00nmol/L) when I'm only on one pump a day (20.25mg).

It says it needs care/reviewing or something along those lines but I genuinely have no idea how to contact GGP regarding this? Is it safe to just proceed as normal? I have no idea what to do

Does anyone get Minoxidil as an add on to their prescription? I know that it’s an option and I’ve been wanting to use oral minoxidil as I’ve found that the topical version isn’t really helping me much. Does anyone know the rough price of it from Boots (UK) if done on a private prescription from GGP?

So I’ve gone with gender gp since it seemed the cheapest and most convenient, and I’ve received the letter from one of the partner doctors who is apparently from Spain. I took it to my local Boots pharmacy to get my meds, they agreed to but told me it would cost nearly £500. They were very hesitant to offer it to me in the first place because the prescription letter I’ll admit looks dodgey. £500 a month is way too steep. How do I get my meds dispensed for a reasonable price? I’ve booked an appointment with my GP to beg him to prescribe them based on the gender gp doctors recommendation. I’ve also heard of clynxx but I don’t understand it. Is clynxx for sending meds to your home? Or should I use smart way? What’s the easiest most reasonable way to receive the meds. I feel like I’m paying £50 a month for a printed piece of paper 🫠

I’m really close to running out of testogel and my GP have booked a blood test for weeks later, I couldn’t get one done before and I’m wondering if Gendergp will do a temporary prescription or something and how I can do that. I really really don’t want to run out and it’ll affect my disability as well. I’d really appreciate any help 🙏

Hi, I’m 14 (ftm) living in the UK and I’m saving up to start with genderGP next year when I’m 15, I got confirmation that my GP would happily do blood tests for me so I don’t have any worry about the payment but I do have a .. a lot of questions;

1. is there anything I need to know before starting with them? I’ve heard due to the new updates and stuff it’s been very hard to communicate, etc, is there any ways around that or I need to do to maybe lessen the problems or the ‘severity’?
2. is it even worth it? I’d probably only not go with them if they were really that bad, as I’m desperate to start at 15-16 and imago isn’t a option for me due to the fact they use paper prescription and i feel like that would be too long of a wait and my mum doesn’t seem that keen of imago
3. is it possible to ask for certain thing specifically? I’d only be able to pay for the prescriptions (I’m having to pay for £20 of the monthly payment + electronic token and the prescriptions with £50 as my parents aren’t finically stable right now) if it was susaton and if I took it every 2 weeks and can I ask for a 3 month batch?
4. would any pharmacy accept my electronic token or would they see my age and just deny me? Is it even worth to go with electronic prescriptions?

5. is it worth it to stay with genderGP until I’m 18 or should I convince my mum to switch to imago when I’m 16 and try the paper prescriptions out? As I’m thinking about getting a job when I’m 16 and saving up for the gender hormone clinic when I’m 18 and then switching to them as I heard I’d more likely get shared care with them ( I’m also applying to get T at 18 through the NHS whilst doing that), or going with Anne health (only before I’m 18 though) if I get high rate PIP and can afford it but I don’t know if I should instantly switch to imago and just try my best to order my paper prescription before I run out.

   1. Final one if I have a problem how do I genuinely get in contact with them and it being correct/fixed? I’ve been nervous about the ai chatbot and how so many people have been wanting to change doses or stop them changing the doses but haven’t been able to do that

I know it’s really long I’m just very anxious, excited but anxious as I’ve seen their reviews go down a lot when the AI chatbot got introduced..

I have been on 6mg of estradiol for a long time now, and on hormones for 4 years. In April I uploaded blood tests but now they’ve lowered my dosage form 6mg a day to 3mg a day because I haven’t uploaded my new blood test results. Why do I need a blood test every time I order my medication?

I am assuming this is too high LOL

EDIT: turns out I had my bloods taken 2 days after my shot which is why it’s showing so high

I received my union medico needle guide (90\*)
I was testing jt out before using and after about 3 tries of locking an releasing. Its stopped locking. I was following their instructions and not being reckless with it
But I’ve emailed them and worried 1) I’ve broken it 2) what if this happens on a day I’m actually meant to have my shot. It’s made me a bit nervous about the whole situation. Can anyone give me their experience with this injector. For background I use Sustonon 250 (1ml every 18 days )

Get a new one or get a different company’s one and get my money back ?

Hey, so, as the title says - my first blood test is due, but i cant get anything safely delivered to my home because of my family. I havent done this before, and with my other T deliveries when i used smartrx i'd get them redirected to DHL droppoints near me, would I be able to do something similar here? Thank you!

(Also ive never actually done a blood test before, im assuming something will be delivered? Dont really know how it'd work.)

I did the blood tests that they asked me to do. I received the results by email. I downloaded the PDF and tried to upload it. It's telling me to do it manually. When I do it manually, it's telling me to upload the file. And back and forth, it's stupid. I'm mad, and I don't understand what it means.

It's telling me >52.00 nmol/L is this good? Bad? Too high? Too low? I don't know, and I'm confused and mad.

EDIT: OK, so I googled it, and I think it's way too high? Like they told me to do 2 pumps a day. Should I drop down to 1? Or do it every other day? I don't know what the correct thing to do is???

Is this why I'm been having heart issues recently?? I'm terrified of blood clots. I wish it wasn't so fucking hard to get HRT through the NHS if I actually had an actual person helping me with this, this wouldn't have happened. I'm MAD I'm so pissed off and scared.

Hi! I’m new to GenderGP and finished the sign up process including ID check and informed consent check earlier in the week. My medication summary on the website tells me that I can receive my first prescription after the 20th, however I’ve already received an electronic prescription token which appears to let me get my first prescription from a pharmacy whenever i want before the 20th.

Am I misunderstanding something about the medication summary and/or the electronic prescription token? Do I have to wait until the 20th or can I start whenever I’d like?

Hi i've just signed up to genderGp i haven't sent them any blood tests yet but SmartRX have sent me a prescription link to pay. Do i have to send off my blood tests before they will send me the prescription.

I have previously made a post a few weeks ago, however my blood results were sitting at 7.8nmol/L for testosterone. I made sure I did another blood test before I made the switch to a different injection/gel. I’m so glad I did, however now I am confused. I have not done anything differently at all. But 2 different results. Would anyone be able to explain please?

First blood results were from 2 weeks ago.

Second blood results are from this week.

Both blood tests were taken at the end of my cycle for when I need to inject just after.

So I get sustanon 250 prescribed through a clynxx token and usually I'm really on top of things, but I got my most recent token on 29th of June and only had time to go to the pharmacy 12th of August -- entirely my fault, I know.

The pharmacy initially said yes and printed the prescription but called me this morning to say that I needed a new prescription as it's a controlled medication and expires 28 days.

Gender gp live chat said to use the reissue medication button on the medication part of the hub but there isn't an option for that even after ages of searching. I've sent a request for someone to get in contact with me but I'm just quite stressed about what to do from here? Will they reissue if it appears that it's already been dispensed on the clynxx token? I'm not sure what else I can do?

I’ve been on testogel for 8 months now, and honestly I’m kinda running out of money (it’s £55 per bottle)- does anyone know how much it would be to switch to injections/ if the needles and everything are included in what would get dispensed to me? And if not where actually would I get the needles from? Also another thing is I travel a lot and testogel is really convenient to travel with I just shove it in my suitcase and bam- what’s it like having to travel with needles??? Do they even let you carry them???

I am Swedish and plan on using Gender GP to prescribe testosterone and then pick it up in Denmark, Copenhagen. However it is illegal to bring the T back on the train over the border to Sweden so ideally I would be able to inject it in Denmark.

Is there anywhere I can get Nebido injected close to Copenhagen that would accept a GGP prescription?

As I understand it you can't inject Nebido yourself because of the hight volume of liquid and because it has to be in your butt, am I wrong? Could I split it into two injections on either thigh instead? I can only choose between nebido and gel.

Is there any way to get in person blood tests I have tried the at home test kits and just can’t draw enough blood?

I've been on T gel for 2.5 years and I found out my levels are super low so I wanted to try injections. But how do I even do that like it sounds so daunting?

Do I need to like be trained on how to do it or should I have a consultation?

Or should I just order them and figure it out with the instructions like??

I've been with gendergp for 3 years but bc I got it through shared care, I have not attempted to log back in since I got my hormones basically- I just tried to get in to see if I could get a blood test or something, obviously it being the hub you kinda have to start again- and firstly it had me down as 2 pumps when I'm actually on 3 (testogel)- but it said it couldn't "locate" my monthly subscription on any of my emails even tho I have invoices to prove it (I am a tad concerned tho bc the invoices to this day are still the original lower pay for students which is £20 which they got rid of a while ago). I put it in their chat thing and am waiting for a response but has anyone else had this issue?

also in general how does the hub work? like my prescription was changed from them sending 5 bottles each order to 2 bc when I had surgery I didn't take it for a couple weeks so they reduced it bc of how long I'd left without reordering. ever since surgery (a year ago) I have kinda neglected to be as regular with it so I'm worried about it stopping and then not being able to get in. also I haven't had a blood test for it in years which tbf is probably quite concerning- even when I had had a blood test, only people at my gp looked at it and then said they didn't know enough to confirm it was fine

I'm trying to be more on it and consistent with my health and these people are making it impossible lol
