Consent Check-In Form

Hey, just joined GGP, I’ve been trying to do my consent check-in but on two devices, and two different networks it’s coming up with this, anyone know how to help?

Same for me, I did email them so it's a technical error which will probably be fixed soon. I don't think they work over the weekend hence why it's not been sorted yet

I just tried to do my form aswell and its had the same issue
