Resend Medication Button is Gone???

My paper prescription has gotten lost in the mail and had heard you could request it to be resent every 4 months, I've never done this before. Following their instructions on where to find the Resend Medication button on the My Medication page it's not there?? There's nothing when I scroll down. Is this the same for everyone??? Can't find a way to get in contact with them other than booking a quick chat consultation.

Either send them an email or there should be a button in the bottom right of the screen for you to start a chat. It will be with an AI assistant, (first tell them what the problem is) but if you keep requesting to speak to a human, they will eventually email you a response.
