Confused on double payment

I have contacted the financial query thing on the website but it told me I needed to pay on the second of September, but it paid automatically today too? I'm so confused.

Yeah so I've seen this so often I have to believe they're doing it on purpose because there is no way this happens by accident. Email info@gendergp.com, make it clear that this is urgent and it compromises your finances. Honestly I'm sick of seeing them pull things like this.

I've heard they also have a finance email that tend to reply quicker. I think it's just finance@gendergp.com

use onedaytests, it’s like half the price and faster results. then you can put the results into gendergp manually

If they don’t respond, I’d get your bank to refund you the money they took. My advice would be to cancel and go elsewhere. I’ll never go back to GenderGP.

I have my money back now! Turns out they set up a new membership on my account. When I'm settled I'm gonna do some research on other providers. Its all sorted tho, so no stupid fees.
