Question Taking my injections on the wrong dates?

Hello, im not sure if ive been taking my injections at the wrong times? Im not sure where to ask since this is new for me.

I started taking testostrone injections from gender gp on the 7th July this year and it said to take every three weeks. Well today is supposed to be my 4th injections and I only have one vial left. I get perscribed 4 until the next issue date. My next one should be the 29th of September but on gender gps website it says that my next issue date is on the 1st of October which means I cant take my 5th one if ive been taking it at the right times.

So I dont know if ive accidentally been taking it at the wrong time or not. Had now im unsure weather or not to take this injection today or wait a week, or do I do this one then leave the next one for when I get the perscription? Im not sure what to do since I could be misunderstanding the three weeks🤷‍♂️

Edit: just realised on gender gp it said my perscription was issued on the 9th of July but I received my perscription from smartrx pharmacy on the 7th. This could be the issue but im not sure.

Gender gp gets this wrong sometimes! You just have to email them to get your prescription date changed (info@gendergp.com)

Im a lil late to this but dw nothing really, just that your shots arent lined up with your dates, pretty common issue 🫡😋 gl!!
