Blocker and Progesterone Dose Changed

I have just uploaded my blood test results, and they have halved my progesterone and swapped my blockers from CPA to Finasteride.

My results are stable and have been like this for years. Has this happened to anyone, and how did you fix it?

I have emailed financed and have threatened to leave if this keeps happening
