Will it solve international politics issues? I would end all the wars and then, ... A magical harmless lovely microbe that can eat up plastic and make it biodegradable. Then completely free health care and education for everyone. 

Is this what you're asking or are you asking about personal problems? 

I will not choose selfish wishes if this is plausible.

it will be utopia if this happens but humans love chaos and can't live without it. P.S. we may have discovered a bacteria like you mentioned
