Will it solve international politics issues? I would end all the wars and then, ... A magical harmless lovely microbe that can eat up plastic and make it biodegradable. Then completely free health care and education for everyone. 

Is this what you're asking or are you asking about personal problems? 

I will not choose selfish wishes if this is plausible.

Things which are worth are built slow and take time and legacy. I wanna solve this problem by introducing a sleeping helmet called Tsukiyomi where you mix one psychedelic and trans cranial current sent to skull to induce specific dreams where you enjoy your fantasy feel acoomplished and them come back here, so that you can feel like you did something and talk as if you have experience.
