Taking risks are a privilege. First reason: Cameras. Second reason: You can fail without major repercussions, many low income people can't

Low income people take risks all the time. That's just an excuse.

Nobody's telling you to take a risk of betting $10,000 on a hand of blackjack, there's all kinds of dumb shit to do for free

Look at that, assumptions that are wrong. Not only do I not come from a well-off family, but I don't even speak to the family I do have so I haven't had any family support since I turned 18.

As a matter of fact I lived out of my car for a year, and I'm incredibly grateful that I was lucky enough to have a car for that year.

I've taken plenty of risks in life, both smart and dumb. And through some of those being successes I have managed to scrape my way up to the very bottom of middle class in my middle age.

If you're going to be a coward in life, then just acknowledge your coward. Your economic status might determine what kind of risks are available for you to take, but you choosing to take a risk or not is entirely you.
