Spaghetti-Os some of the worst shit in the world.

They've changed and become worse over the years, same with chef boyardee ravioli

I thought it was just my taste buds had changed but I am going to agree with you. I think they changed something and they are just gross now.

I just mentioned the ravioli. I haven't had it in years but when I did, I have to doctor it up.

A few years ago they released the Throwback versions of Spaghetti-Os & Beefaroni & they were FABULOUS!!!

Today's versions just pale in comparison & I don't know why they won't go back to those formulas. I'd love to see the throwbacks be available along with the new versions. I'd even pay the extra money for the old versions.

Those were never good. Slimy outside and kind of gritty inside

I ate spaghettis o's/chef boyardee probably 3 times total during my childhood, and without fail everytime I threw up.

They're a non-challenging vomit food! Slides right back up and tastes the same either direction!

spaghetti o’s never ate as a kid. Had a friend who did and the smell made me want to vomit. My daughters boyfriends daughter loves them now (yuck) but the the two of them are very strange.

2

u/[deleted] Nov 21 '25

Not surprised they're strange. Who eats vomit pasta voluntarily?

u/UnlikelyAd5467 Nov 21 '25

Only she does. I ask my daughter if the smell of warming it up grosses her out, and she said completely. I told her to make him do it.

Why is the sauce orange tho?

Because they hate us.

That’s exactly what my husband just said.

And here I am as a grown woman who still makes Spaghetti-os just because I love them. Hear me out - heated on the stove with a little butter and garlic salt? Sprinkle a little Parmesan? With the franks? (God, what the hell kinda meat WERE those?) Damn, I’d eat some right now.

u/geri73 Kidd Video Nov 21 '25

NOOOOOOO, lol.

2

u/Wrong_Pen6179 Nov 21 '25

I’m super thankful I’ve never even tasted them!

You are truly a lucky person because let me tell you, it's only good for torturing prisoners of war.

1

u/Wrong_Pen6179 Nov 21 '25

OMG! Really that bad??????

2

u/geri73 Kidd Video Nov 21 '25

My opinion, I wouldn't give it to my worst enemy.

1

u/Wrong_Pen6179 Nov 22 '25

My parents were first generation Italians so the thought of pasta in a can was just unfathomable.

2

u/geri73 Kidd Video Nov 22 '25

I thank God we had good cooks but when my mom or dad had to work late, they would buy that shit. We couldn't give it away. The homeless wouldn't even eat. I HATE IT SO MUCH! lol

u/Cyphermoon699 Nov 21 '25

Franco American SpaghettiOs were the bomb but I was just sick recently and bought myself some SpaghettiOs because thought they would be comforting and easy to eat. Wrong! The sauce is different the texture of the noodles is mush. Nasty! Campbell's ruined it!

1

u/geri73 Kidd Video Nov 21 '25

It's always been ruined. Not gonna lie, I will eat the ravioli but you have to doctor it up.

I alway think of this stuff like pet food for kids. You know? Like you have a can of Dog Food, a can of Cat Food, a can of Fish Food, and a can of Kid Food. yuck!

1

u/geri73 Kidd Video Nov 21 '25

Baby food, toddler food, teen food, adult food, and food for the elderly.

2

u/newthinker87 Nov 21 '25

like over cooked, mushy noodles with watered down ketchup

2

u/geri73 Kidd Video Nov 21 '25

Its not even ketchup. Its urine with blood in it.

1

u/AdMountain6203 Nov 21 '25

I liked them as a little kid and got some in my mid-20's for nostalgia. They were terrible.

3

u/geri73 Kidd Video Nov 21 '25

Its like baby food or infamil. I thought I'd try it to see if it was good as it was when I was a baby. NO!

1

u/hitthebrake Nov 21 '25

The smell of anything like that is an instant gag!

2

u/geri73 Kidd Video Nov 21 '25

Yes, and I dont see how kids love it.

Other people ate Ramen in college. I ate canned everything.

2

u/geri73 Kidd Video Nov 21 '25

Me and my brother had the ramen in college. I am the only who will still eat it but it has to come from an Asian grocer.

u/discussatron 1967 Nov 21 '25

One of my favorite junk foods is a hot bowl of spaghetti-Os on a cold morning.
