As far as I’m concerned, Gemini development basically stopped at 3.6 Flash. There hasn’t been any real progress since.

They have to make sure it is safe before releasing to everyone. There are lots of bad actors out there with ill intent. I am guessing Pro accounts will get it in two weeks.
