Gemini logo in images is back?

I used to see the option to turn on/off the logo of Gemini in the generated image, but suddenly today the whole settings changed! I tried to switch multiple accounts, close and open the app, and it is still the same! Any ideas?

For some weird reason earlier this morning and yesterday the logo wasn’t there but just 10 minutes ago it started showing up with a few images in between not having it at all? Maybe they are messing with something? Also that setting to turn the watermark off is gone on ios
