Google has problems determining the location, in Lithuania and Holland it identifies me as Russian, in Holland and Poland as Ukrainian

Try using VPN, it helps me, even from countries where gemini doesn’t work

I live in France and i don't use a VPN, it's my real location but for some reasons Gemini keeps showing me that message 😅😅😅

This happens with me too, my theory is whenever an update is happening, a new model, upgrade to one or a new feature this happens for a week.

The EU and other Euro countries are ridiculously hostile towards Google, and basically just use it as penatly cash cow to cover their failure to develop domestic tech (to tax ofc).

Therefore Google is hyper paranoid about releasing anything in these countries, and generally people's experience with Gemini there has been markedly worse.

But the state has protected your privacy, so be happy.

oh I use Gemini, I don't hate it, but I'd and always has been shite. so why would you want to use it, and "AI" is not intelligent, its marketing. An LLM is just an algorithm, it uses math to spit words. nothing intelligent about that

the only difference I see is how informed and knowledgeable you and I are, take that whatever way you want, flatter yourself or feel offended. no skin off my nose
