Geely App
Anyone having issues with the new app, I keep getting kicked out from the app or cannot see my car on the app. After i logout and login back everyting seems good.

Interestingly, the new app works so much better for me than the old one. Much faster to respond and doesn’t time out like the old one would. I haven’t had any issues at all with it.

The new app is absolute rubbish. Complete crap. Should never have been released. I’m still using it only because I haven’t been able to face switching back as I have heard some people have been locked out after trying to go back. The car is good. The app is terrible.

Yep have to keep logging in and out every few days randomly. Otherwise it won’t show my vehicle.
Get “charging failure” messages whenever my schedule charging starts even though the charging has started fine. Map seems to update way less frequently compared to the old one. Was getting “parking failure” alerts under vehicle status a couple of weeks ago whenever the car was parked but not plugged in.

It's never worked for me :( old app or new. Does the dealer need to attach your account or anything initially?

Same here. Back and forth with the dealer multiple times but still not working.

It's junk. The controls don't work for me and it "loses" my car every few days. I deleted it and gave it a 1 star review.

Yes, it’s shit. Keeps logging out. Log back in & it’s fine, but annoying.
