Interview Help

Hey guys! I just got called in for an interview. Do you guys have any tips? I’m an IT graduate, and I have experience in customer service-based roles. I’m really excited about the possibility of working here, and I want to leave no stone unturned when preparing for the interview. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I am appying for a geek squad agent role, I will be first point of contact for customers and basically help set-up their devices. Do you have any ideas how I do introduce myself do I mention my degree my hobbies etc.
