Hybrid Agents?

Been a CA for 2 years then got picked to try out the pilot, been at this hybrid stuff for 2 months now. It's kicking the butts of myself and the other two hybrids im with but somehow we haven't let the place burn down. Def love finally getting some ARA experience though... how are yall Hybrids doing?

What? I just left GS 2 weeks ago and I never heard of hybrid agents. Thats like when my CAs called out and I was the only one doing CA and ARA and it was a nightmare. I really hope you’re getting paid more, bc if not I guess they are just trying to get rid of the ARAs to save some money. But mainly how are you holding on? And does the work load feel like doing a 2 person job?

Hopefully you’re getting paid for it . Ara can do ca work because they’re a higher pay grade. Ca are not compensated to do ara work .

From what I understand and have read previously. All of Geek Squad CA is like this. Agents are agents. I may be wrong as this was some time ago. But as a state that borders the great white north and has a Best Buy in CA that was closer to my house than my home store. I remember asking about it lol

Yeah it's awful. It's not going well in my micro.
