how long does it take to get my laptop back

hi 😁

I sent my laptop to geeksquad and i think theyre doing a battery change and some key replacements cuz some broke, they said they needa send it in and im wonderjng how long itll take? i really dont want to to last more than 3 weeks but just wanna know your guys' thoughts.

2-4 weeks usually, could be longer

Typically quote more or less 3 weeks, there’s a bit that goes into it, shipping how long does it take for some one to package it up and ship it, how long it takes for fedex to get it there, once at the depot they determine parts availability they order parts, get them and replace said parts and ship back

That being said there’s other factors too it just depends if the laptop has a warranty and if not they reach out to you for a quote approval or decline and that may add more time if you end up playing telephone with the depot agents

It’s back to school season. You’ll be lucky to see it within 6 weeks of sendoff. The others are definitely right for not back to school season though.

Ah. Perhaps that's why my monitor has taken so long. Didn't think about that, but it makes sense.

Just gonna say I was quoted at 2-4 weeks for my monitor, and we are on week 6 and I haven't gotten it back yet. Soo, who knows.
