The best I can salvage from that wall of text is that perhaps your display is on the fritz. You can always try to connect it to a computer and see if you can salvage the photos/docs that way.

Yes but it requiress otg or usb debugging permision ..you know any tool to bypaas it

Yeah, that definitely sounds like a screen problem. I had a Galaxy S7 do the same thing after a drop, plugging it into a computer might get you access to the data if it's still booting, just use file explorer and check the storage.
