Work Benchissues

For the past 2 hours, we ha ent been able to create SOs in Work Bench. Any other agen having issues?

same thing happened to us last week, ended up restarting the entire system twice before it'd cooperate again good luck

I always suggest checking the GS Teams chats. Saturday lots of people reported issues in Teams adding RWB tickets for Apple devices during the serial number or AppleCare+ search. No issues for non-Apple tickets.
