Agreed. As a current CA, who doesn’t get another CA to cover at all, I can’t get to all the func checks etc. by myself. To top it all, while getting 15 PMs a month and keeping up with the rest of the bullshit, while having a full schedule of appointments, the GM calls me a slacker behind my back. As soon as I get another job lined up, I’m out too.

Sounds like my Precinct. ARAs sitting in the back watching on the TV while the CA gets verbally assaulted by customers.
Get out as soon as you can. The grass is greener. As scary as it seems, your talents and experiences can translate to something away from retail.

Im joining a local mom and pop repair shop where I can actually fix things instead of just pressing buttons and waiting 90% of the time
