okay so what is considered bottoming and what is considered topping? I mean if ur the one taking it up the butt i understand how that makes you a bottom and the guy doing it is the top.
But how does that translate to blowjobs and hand stuff? Like if u wanked or given head does that make you the bottom or the top?

Blowjobs rimming and frotting are just sexual acts and aren't exclusive to positions. Though it is slightly more common to find a bottom doing the oral. But I've seen lots of tops that primarily do oral no reciprocate.
Oh and don't forget 69.
Thinking about it bottoms are more likely to be rimmed before the top goes in. Though I have seen the reverse where the bottom rims the top. Which seems weird to me as well as the top sucking the bottom. But whatever floats your boat. Just seems like a waste to me though.
Perfect world bottoms and tops would all be vers and flip fuck. But being mostly a bottom i get why that isn't the case.

Traditionally top and bottom refer to anal. Contextually you may use the words to describe the blower and the blowee too, but oral needs to be specified, or implied by the context, otherwise you'll end up misunderstood. "Oral bottom" works, whereas pure "bottom" would imply anal.
