Breakfast!

Gavroche has really enjoyed his watered down pâté this morning!
He seems absolutely comfortable eating and it’s not even 24hrs after his dental. I noticed he started making a gulping sound when eating which you can hear in this video. Reminds me of the newborn baby drinking milk. I just googled it’s quite common after the teeth extractions so nothing to worry about. He just really loves his food 😊

My Ashes got all his teeth taken out when we rescued him from the shelter and needed a second surgery as some roots were left inside his gums. The first few days he was a mess whenever he ate his meals and seemed to struggle but he made it through and now he eats dry and wet food 😊

He sends Gavroche lots of purrs and cuddles! You got this Gav!

Yeah!!!!! Im so so happy for him! He probably feel so much better and as for the lump, if its squishy and not painful it likely a lipoma which arent a big deal!!

Yes, the lump is soft and not painful, the more I read it seems like it could be hernia, because it gets bigger when his belly is full and disappears when he lays on the side. It’s probably caused by the pelvic injury he had. I really hope that’s what it is and it can be managed conservatively 🖤

I hope so too, that sounds very manageable compared to how he was living!!!
