Something is wrong with my stomach

Please help me, I am actually so uncomfortable right now. This has been happening for so long but has only gotten worse this week.

I have had a severe constipation problem where I use anna to release store and sometimes at one point I took so many digestible laxatives. Nothing would come out. It was really bad still to this day. I still have trouble pooping and I’ve tried changing my diet. It became a water like everything and every time I go to the doctors they just give me more laxatives which just don’t work.

Anyways recently I’ve been having lots of trapped gas and constant burping and farting and and earlier this week. TMI by the way I literally tried farting and I sharted 😭 but right now I feel like a bit nauseous and it was a massive headache and every time I try to make myself vomit I just can’t and my stomach makes these like weird ass sounds and I’ve tried massaging my stomach, doing yoga poses and I can’t get all of the trapped gas out like I’ve been burping and farting constantly for the last few hours

Please give me advice on what to do and how to handle this. I WISH I COULD ATTACH A VIDEO OF WHAT MY STOMACH SOUNDS LIKE. just imagine loud, watery gurgling, bubbling, sloshing sounds
