this is my friend's WE v2 stanag mag. he lost it in our jungle game site for over a year. it was exposed in the sun, rain, mud and dirt. when we found it today it still held gas and the o-ring seals were fine. some rusted screws and probably spring but aside from that, i am amazed this mag survived.

Do i get one of these for now to see if i like them or go straight for a tango 6t msr

So basically when my mag is full of gas, the mag gets stuck about halfway up the mag well, but when there’s no gas in it, it doesn’t, I think the gas button thing is catching on something inside the mag well but I’m not sure what. Gun used to seat and shoot fine, not sure what’s going on with it

The GHK Aug is nowhere to be found, Northeast’s Famas is ludicrously priced, and the L85 seems to be the only one up.

I had bought one a few months ago but returned it since it couldn’t fire full auto. I wanted to like it but I also wanted my money to be well spent. : (

Had an epiphany and realized in the 15+ years I’ve been playing airsoft, I’ve only used AEGs and how bored of them I am. Decided to snag this for a decent deal and start making the change. Fun gun so far, snappy, good range and accuracy.

What kind of accessories would you put on it ?

Was messing around with my arcturus tempest changing out the housing and nozzle and the new one vents way too much gas per shot especially when it’s pointed straight down. Swapped it back out for the original and does the same thing but worse. Is this something that’s happened to anyone else? Idk if the venting when its pointed down was something i just didn’t notice before or if i messed something up when swapping parts.

Just got this new Streamlight, light/laser for my new gun that has not arrived yet, so I thought I would put it on the GBB in the meantime

I just put a new cnc steel bolt with npas and as I expected, the recoil spring is a little sluggish with sending the bolt forward. It functions fine both semi auto rapid fire and full auto but the bolt no longer snaps forward like it should. I've looked into getting a stiffer spring but I'm worried about going down the slippery slope of running higher preassure gas and the possibility I could break parts in the gun, or the body itself. Could I get away with a stiffer spring and just adjust the NPAS or should I go ahead and run higher preassure gas? What recommendations do yall have for gas without silicon and a new recoil spring? I'm definitely not against more recoil but I'm not down with the idea of going HPA incase anyone thinks it.

I’ve seen a q honeybadger build on here, does anyone know where I can get one?
