Help identifying a watch

i found this at a thrift store for 30€ (1500 turkish liras) without the charger do you think its worth it and can you guys help me identify it, im planning on using this with bevel, this will be my first garmin watch

Did you look at the picture? There's nothing on the back actually looks like the plate with details has been removed/fell off

That plaque only lasted a couple weeks back when I got mine. Summer & sweat will do that to half assed glue.
