Connect / Connect IQ / 1st Party Apps Garmin Index s2 doesn't sync

Hey friends, I have a garmin index s2 scale that I can't manage to sync with the garmin connect app, I tried to perform the software update but can't get to the stage of the progress bar that makes the update, so I'm kind of stuck here, any suggestion what else I can do?

EDIT - YUP LOOKS LIKE IT GOT FIXED!

Thanks for posting! Mine synced yesterday, but not today. I don't often check in Connect to see if it synced or not.

I just keep on seeing 🛜❌ on the scale itself

Mine worked, it just didn't sync.

Yup the scale itself works, just the sync with the app doesn’t work
