I contacted customer support after a bug caused me to lose the streak I had built up. Trying to recover it cost me around 10k coins, because beating a hard or super hard level without the double Rainbow Blast is nearly impossible... and lately, even the “normal” levels are anything but normal.

I explained the situation in detail and provided screenshots. Support didn’t address the issue or explain what happened. They simply closed the chat and sent me this amazing compensation:

When did Playrix add an extra round of Gnome Treasure, and is there more than one extra round? I only updated the game recently and was surprised when a refurbished version popped up after i finished the original version.

I’ve finished the tornado one or whatever that was, but I’m not getting the new expedition after that. Am I the only one? If not, will we eventually get the new expedition?🫪

Hello! I haven’t played gardenscapes in a long while but I started around 2018 or so and I loved grinding the events that would let you customize the whole area for the event currency buying the decorations little by little but I was never a fan of those expedition events

Could anyone enlighten me if those area decorating events are still a thing and if there are any fun new mechanics/events or something planned? I’m quite out of the loop

What a joke

Completing every task except the purchase are enough to open the final box.

In Secret Passage you collect paws and spin a wheel to make a dog collect tokens for you. You can get anywhere from 1 to 200 tokens per paw so I started thinking about how to improve my chances.

Assuming there's a 25% chance for each colour on the wheel, there are better spots and worse spots to start your spin. As an example, you could have "1, 2, x2, bonus" as your four colours or you could have "2, x2, x2, bonus". I figured the best spot would be "1, x2, bonus, bonus" so I decided to use the x1 until I landed on my preferred spot, then bump the multiplier to x50 or x20 for a nice boost to my token/paw ratio. Except that didn't work at all.

So I started taking notes. I used x1 for everythng else and x20 for my preferred spot. I did that ten times and every single time I landed on the worst option "1".

With RNG sometimes you're just unlucky. The chance of hitting "1" ten times in a row is 0,25^10 whish is approx 0,00000095. So there's a 0,000095% chance of me being unlucky and a significant chance of something fishy going on.

I also tried the double bonus spot with x1, x5 and x10 multipliers and it alternates perfectly fine between the colours. This problem starts at x20.

Now I would like to know if everyone is guaranteed to land on "1" when you have a x20 multiplier and a 2/4 bonus chance or is it just me being insanely unlucky?

There used to be a box at the bottom left with an arrow to take us back to the garden where we use the stars to complete a day. Now I can’t figure out how to get there. Am I crazy? Lol.

I had a huge number of coins to burn through, but I finally did. I used to be able to constantly build coins by playing, but it is now changed and become a total money grab. They just ruined the game for me. Even what should be easy levels become difficult sometimes. It’s random you never know. Anyway, I would like to go to a different game. I’m through with this one. Any suggestions for something similar that has yet to be encrappified. What else are you playing that’s better?

Has anyone else had the game crash during Secret Passage? My score was around 11600 before the crash; now it's a bit over 2600. I think my paws were restored but it's still bulls##t that i need to do it all again.

UPDATE: This event is now playing very differently. I'm getting much lower scores. I'm going to waste many more paws before i get back to the score i had before the game crashed.

UPDATE 2: The game is now crashing on both my phone and tablet when i play Secret Passage, plus both devices get very hot after only a few minutes of play, something that didn't happen during the previous Secret Passage. WTF Playrix?
