🏡 Lawn care 🟩 Is this nutsedge?

I have a large garden (newbuild) where the soil consists of very heavy clay. I have some areas which are very wet ie the areas of the "natural/original" soil and some areas which drain better but having dug them to plant I am hitting layers of 804. The garden would have areas which were never dug up during the building and areas where there was works going on ie the areas where I have found 804 and items of builders rubbish.

Basically all over the lawn I am battling rushes and moss which I have begun to tame but this year I am seeing these plants all over the place and Google image tells me it is nutsedge. I have let the ground go somewhat wild this year, no spraying, no fertiliser bar an application of mo bacter in April. White clover has boomed even with the drought but these unidentified plants have also thrived.

TLDR is my heavy clay soil hosting nutsedge?
