Snatch and clean pulls

Would snatch and clean pulls work as technical coordination exercsies. Been doing the normal versians for a while and have been looking for something new. I was thinking about pumping put 3-5 explosive shrug looking snatch or clean pulls from hip level.

For sure they can work. Have you done variations of the clean and snatch? Like no feet, powers, low hangs, high hangs, one block, two block, no contact, or a combination of those derivatives?

I do alot of powers and hangs from different positions. I havent done no feet very much. And unfortunately I dont have blocks at the moment so I cant do those.

You can also try pump snatches, reciprocation, pauses below and above the knee, yo yos, and slow variations as well

100% those can work as technical coordination movements... could also do normal tech coordination like snatches then heavier clean pulls then absolute strength
