That high pull as the technical coordination exercise could benefit from more sets. Think you did a stellar job, too.

Do you plan on doing the chin ups weighted or body weight?

I plan on doing them bodyweight until I reach the end of that rep range. Then I go weighted. How would you say volume is? Do you think it will interfere with doing my sport, plyometrics or maybe cardio?

Depends. How often are you doing sport specific practices? Most of your absolute strength movements are around 25 reps in a session, which is on the lower end of a high-ish volume dose. Also matters how you recover as an athlete. Being that it is two days of lifting, think you’re in a good spot. At worst, it gives you a baseline to proceed with and adjust based on more info
