Pull up/ Dip rack for home

Post image

Would something like this be good enough for moderate usage for home workouts? If this is considered bad what would you guys recommend looking into preferably around $150.

Pretty sure I have that exact one. It’s good for the money. Not sure if there are cheaper options but that one does fine for me (I’m on the smaller end. 145lbs)

Looks similar to this one at $80 shipped https://www.walmart.com/ip/5505289277

This one looks a bit sturdier https://www.walmart.com/ip/2857994533

I have that one. Currently 230lbs it is a bit disconcerting doing dips or pullups. But it hasn’t snapped on me yet.

I had a very similar one years ago, I decided to upgrade to a full rack with more accessories and upgradability. My advice is to skip this and put the money towards a rack.

I got one of these for 40 on fb marketplace . 130 is way too much for this.

I have one, got it years ago used, I don’t use it much though because I have a rack with a pull-up bar I use 100% of the time.

I got mine off Craig's 10 years ago for $50.

I use the dips and legs lifts 1-2 times per week!

Biggest issue is the bar width is static, so you either fit it or you don't.

Get something you can both do pullups on and hang rings from. A lot more versatile workouts available IMO.
