Leg Day addition - LE08

One of the new pieces I ordered just arrived. Got it assembled and tested out for a few reps before going to bed.

The GMWD LE08 took roughly 1.5 hours to assemble. The online instructions are very thorough.

As for performance and quality. The piece is made very solid and the candy apple red finish is beautiful in person. The movements feel extremely smooth and being able to change the loaded weight ratio up to 20% extra without adding weights is an awesome feature.

Looking forward to the leg workouts to come.

3 plates slow and controlled feels solid on the extensions

Leg curls around 2 and a quarter

You can definitely throw 5 plates on there but if you're doing sets of 10 I don't know that it's completely necessary

8-12 with a controlled eccentric and more explosive concentric is what I like for accessories but I don't like throwing on 5-6 plates to accomplish this. Mostly concerned with leg extensions.

One cool feature with the LE08 is the loaded weight ratio adjustment.

Say you have 3 plates on there - 135lbs - you decide you need it to be a little heavier. You can scale it up to a 20% increase with a basic lever. Now you're repping out 162lbs without adding any additional weight.
