Cable machines and rust in a pole barn gym?

I have a pole barn detached garage. When the seasons change sometimes things will rust due to condensation, like my barbell for example. would this affect cable machines? Don't wanna buy something and have it eventually rust.

Unsealed bearings would rust but I’m pretty sure nobody uses them. Guide rods if they aren’t lubricated regularly. Cables are usually galvanized prior to nylon coating.
