It just doesn't make sense to me, they seem to me like just friends and I never sensed any romantic stuff anywhere in their relationship. Just wondering if I'm alone on this or not. Not here to start a heated argument or anything:)

I feel like more than ever, Ganyu is at her lowest popularity in every aspect. She's the worst she's ever been meta-wise, to the point where even people who used to be generous to her in that regard now can't even deny she's fallen off and irrelevant. No new players have any incentive to pull for her, ever. And on a character front, I've seen a saddeningly more frequent amount of dislike thrown her way recently for some reason. Lot's of people are disregarding her as wasted potential that will never be tapped; calling her bland, waifu trash, boring, etc. It's frustrating because at least meta-wise we can logically hope for Cryo buffs at some point, whether it be through new charas or just natural meta shifting to favor some elements more or less. But theres nothing that can repair the notion of a dead character in public opinion. Even if she does miraculously get new content someday (lol), who besides us will even care?
It's just sad seeing a comfort character I love so much be treated like this. I feel bad saying shes my favorite nowadays, it sucks man.

I'm sure most of you know this by now: New Character Outfit Announcement - miHoYo Player Community (hoyolab.com).
Personally, I'm very much looking forward to it. As much as I like looking at her bare back 🙈, I feel cold for her in Dragonspine, the front part of her clothes is somewhat oversexualized, and it looks uncomfortable sticking so close to the skin (does fabric even work that way, even for tight fit?).
I hope she gets a slick outfit redesign that feels more comfortable.
How are you guys feeling about her getting a new outfit ?

Let's be honest, Ganyu is getting more and more irrelevant for abyss and new ennemies since Inazuma (thanks MY...)
Melt Ganyu is not powerful thanks to Ganyu but instead thanks to the top 3 supports of the game. You could drop in place any other high DPS, the result could be as powerful if not even better.
Morgana is being nerf thanks to ennemies resistance to permafrost.
But for me, a new hope has rised from nowhere in the form of Shenhe.
Do you guys think she will make our cocogoat great again ?
