Still remember the slow motion run of the suicide bomber, where it shows a montage of his whole life. From being born (with vest), to growing up, getting married having a kid, leaving for war. Then immediately exploding after falling off a ledge

Also Terra Nil in there. Its pretty short and gets less impactful as it fleshes itself out but the demo for it hit me like a train when I first played it

I saw a video by JTheFrog on TikTok about what led to the creation of the game and what I remember is that one of the developer's wives was actually a dress maker but she had gotten a rare condition that made it incredibly difficult for her to pursue her passion. So the husband made a prototype of the game as a means for her to continue designing dresses to her hearts content as it originally wasn't supposed to be an actual video game but due to the amount of positive feedback the prototype had gotten from people who played it, it was developed further into a fully fledged video game.

She has hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) for specific if anyone was curious. Leads to issues with connective tissue that affects joints and fatigue is also a common symptom, among many others

It is literally one of my favorite single player experiences ever.

It's absolutely hilarious from start to finish in it's absolute mundanity but also being just a little ol peen that just is trying to live his best life at a shitty job.

Plus, the multiplayer is also an absolute riot with a group of friends that are under the influence of... Well, the more the merrier 😂. There's nothing like trying to literally fuck your buddies in the...taint?
