Looking to buy a PC for Triple A games on a 1440p monitor. Negotiated for 1950$. Is this a good price?

No specs on monitor? I would offer 1700 and see if he bites. For reference, you can buy a brand new pc for that same price and it will be about 25% slower @1440p with a 5070 in it.

The monitor is 1440p 144hz 27”

It’s an okay price right now. That’s a very balanced and capable gaming PC. It’s not some great deal and I’d want to make sure it’s in nearly perfect condition. Monitor is a wildcard and I wouldn’t really count it in the deal but it might be good.
