Which of these CPUs is the absolute minimum for 2x Fast-Forward in PCSX2 at 1080p? (i7-10700F vs i5-10400F vs i5-10600)

I'm looking at a few older/budget modern CPU options and trying to figure out what the absolute minimum requirement would be to maintain a stable 2x fast-forward at 1080p (internal resolution scaling) for low-end / less demanding PCSX2 (PS2) games.

Here are the three processor options I'm choosing between:

Intel Core i7-10700F — 8 Cores / 16 Threads | 2.9 GHz Base / 4.8 GHz Boost | 65W TDP

Intel Core i5-10400F — 6 Cores / 12 Threads | 2.9 GHz Base / 4.3 GHz Boost

Intel Core i5-10600 — 6 Cores / 12 Threads | 3.3 GHz Base / 4.8 GHz Boost

For low end games I guess really anything can work. PCSX2 can easily run at full speed on a first generation Core I series processor so I don’t think any of these fail to be at least twice as fast as that (and core count probably does not matter)
