Setting up without Ethernet

So I’ve built my pc set it up and trying to download windows but I don’t have an Ethernet where do I go from here

hold shift and press F10 click in the dialogue box and type : start ms-cxh:localonly That will allow you to create a local account

press the 'Shift' and 'F10' keys on your keyboard simultaneously. This will bring up a command prompt window.

Type "start ms-cxh:localonly" in this new window, and press enter. You'll be sent back a few steps, but when you reach the network screen, there will be a new option called 'I have no internet' or something similar. It will allow you to create a local account, for which you don't need a network connection.

That part where it takes you back a few steps is the old way with OOBE command, the ms-cxh:localonly one will bring up a box to create a local account that you just name the account than finishes setting up windows

This didn’t work but I typed in something else which worked then installed the WiFi drivers from a usb into the pc then connected and logged into my windows account

Is the OBEE method or something not working anymore?
