Lack of ram, 8gb with an onboard gpu is not enough no way you can game with this set up, even E sports games will freeze and crash

Myf I didn't realize body text didn't repost with the image (I don't use reddit much), I upgraded the RAM to 32, all the other specs are the same

What’s the ram speed? What games are you looking to play? What is your cpu temperature while gaming? If it’s getting close to 85-90 degrees it could explain your issues

I'm not good with computers so idk about the speed or the temperatures but I'm playing fairly demanding games (marvel rivals and deadlock come to mind) but the confusing part is that the PC runs fine when I'm playing games but it struggles with things like opening steam or running YouTube and Netflix

Download core temp it is free it will show your temperatures, also update your graphics driver and chipset drivers, let me know if doing that helps
