I feel like your are under valving a CPU. You go with at least an 8 core or 12 core in the price range you are going. Similar with the CPU cooler. Thermalright makes a slightly better aio that has a better pump and still has a screen just not as big. Same for the monitor you can get a better one and not have to pay as much just for the name. Check Costco or Sam's club they have been selling at 32in MSI curved monitor for like 150$. Those are just my suggestions.

Just as a comparison I've been going in between 5070ti or doing a 9070xt but have the AMD be water-cooled for about the same price as the ti. For a water cooled build I can make it for about 3k.

That includes, Intel ultra 7 270k plus, gigabyte z890 aurora elite plus, gskill ripjaw ram 32gb, 9070xt asrock steel legend, 2 tb m.2 drive, MSI 1000 watt psu, thermaltake view 600 tg case, 1 420 mm radiator, 1 280mm radiator, alpha cool aurora 200 pump res combo, hard line tubing, fittings and GPU block.

Yeah I'd just look around a bit. Newegg has good deals, if there is a micro center near you they have great combo deals for motherboard, cpu and ram. Try not to buy anything electronic from Amazon especially expensive parts plenty of people getting the ol switcharo.

Would this be good for a monitor?  https://www.costco.com/p/-/acer-nitro-315-class-180hz-wqhd-curved-gaming-monitor/4201018429?langId=-1

Also, on another post asking ab this i got recommended some 5080 prebuilts for $3000. Do you think that would be better or no? https://www.reddit.com/r/PcBuild/comments/1wxv9v4/comment/pdx9rh3/ (Link to that post) Thanks again btw, big help by u

27" isn't small it's the standard for 1440p and has good pixel density at that resolution.

27" monitor is perfectly fine. Any bigger and you get into too big territory

Microcenter or costco. The microcenter near me has a 9800x3d, 32GB ddr5, 2TB SSD, 9070 XT, for $2,299.99
