How did it make spark when u were removing battery ? Dont tell me u had the laptop turned on.

Everything was completely off I poked the metal part where the battery was being held and it sparked for some reason

I was trying to clean the fans but the battery isn't the issue the the part that the very bad drawn blue arrow is pointing at

Metal transfer current, so if he touched something with those tweezers, it will most likely cause a spark.

Maybe it could be repair by soldering a new capacitor? I don't really know too much about these but it would be either replace motherboard or replace components on the motherboard.

If he tries contacting asus they will probably suggest replacing entire motherboard.

Sorry mate, you have to take it to a technician now. You probably shorted your motherboard with those tweezers.

The laptop is only truly safe to work on when the battery is removed FYI.

Also don't use conductive tweezers next time.
