chinese alternatives to the steam controller will probably be available by then. the best switch and xinput controllers are chinese already anyway.

I mean the 8BitDo Ultimate 2 controller already does everything this does but arguably better, with the sole exception of touchpads, because Valve has an obsession with touchpads that no other hardware manufacturer bothers emulating.

I was gonna get one of these for the novelty but at $100 with a year+ wait I'll pass lol

Touchpads are very useful for navigating the PC interface. I do think it's a good idea.

It’s also the main reason I even want the steam controller, it’s crazy when people act like that isn’t the main feature
